Tuition Payments

Tuition payments are due in advance of services rendered. The payments may be made each week, twice a month, or once a month. Checks are to be made payable to Holy Cross Lutheran Children’s Center or HCLCC. Any returned checks are subject to a $12 bank charge. All fees must be paid before the end of the month. Tuition refunds will not be given for days your child is absent or for days when the Center is closed. The Children’s Center takes VISA, American Express and Master Card. If you wish to use this type of payment plan, please fill out the Credit Card Billing Authorization Form that is available next to the black tuition box and give it to the director. Credit cards are billed during the first part of the month. You may also use PayPal to pay your tuition, registration and/or incidental fees.

 

 

 

The Children’s Center works with government agencies, e.g., CalWorks, 4 C’s, and Choices for Children, to assist those parents who participate in these programs. For those parents who do not qualify for state funds Holy Cross Lutheran Children’s Center offers partial and full scholarships. Please ask the director for an application. These applications are brought to the Children’s Center Board of Directors for approval.
